5 SIMPLE WAYS TO KEEP YOUR TUMMY FLAT!

A flat stomach is the pride of everyone (especially fashion junkies like me!)
Having a nice physical appearance will show confidence and it will draw people to you like "flies to carcasses!"
These simple steps will help you maintain that flat tummy you've always desired without having to be a gym subscriber!
1. STOP eating foods with a high concentration of oil. As a Nigerian, it's not always easy passing up that tasty egusi soup(melon) garnished with different kinds of dry fish. You may console yourself with the thought that afterall it is garnished with vegetables. We both know that the amount of vegetable present in it doesn't really matter because that much oil will still settle in your belly!

2. LEAVE semolina/vita alone when its past 6pm! Don't even try it 'cos what it does to your belly is long-term rather than immediate. Run from foods with high carbohydrates at night. The best foods to eat at night are those rich in vitamins,fibers, and antioxidants because our bodies heal when we are sleeping and these types of foods will help in rejuvenating our whole system.
Its best if the last thing you ate to bed is a fruit!

3. DRINK plenty of water! According to research, drinking lots of clean water helps cleanse our body of germs and unwanted free radicals. When we have enough fluid in our body system, even our skin breathes well and the resulting effect is beautiful and an even skin. Water will also aid digestion and prevent foods staying too long in the stomach to cause toxins. If you are tired of drinking just water, you can JAZZ it up to make it more appealing by adding fruits like oranges or lime(don't overdo lime) or a little horny etc depending on your preference.

4. FOREGO junks totally! If you are like me, then junks are your best bet but do you seriously wanna have your stomach protruding because of junks? Ask yourself that, if for every junk i consume, i grow a new ugly finger, will i still be eating junks? If your answer to that question is NO then you should stop because for every junk you eat, you grow flesh around your midriff which is not visible till its too late!

5. AVOID sugar! According to a new research carried out, sugar has been found to cause cancer and enhance the growth of cancerous cells in the body. So the best thing to do is to forego sugar all together! There are other sweeteners like honey that does a lot important things in the body and it's healing properties are just what we need in this age and time to stay healthy.
